According to statistics, young professionals of today have more career changes than the previous generations. As a matter of fact, most millennials have had four changes in their career by the time they’re 32. - Be ready for the toughest questions.
What’s your biggest weakness? This question is one of the toughest interview questions. You don’t want to come across as dishonest, pompous, or out of touch, so be truthful and say what you are not so good at. After stating your weakness, state ways on how you manage it and state that you are eager to improve.
